Shipping policy

All Pegasus Sports orders are fulfilled from our warehouse locations in Southeastern United States. Our typical processing time is 2-3 business days. Once the order is shipped from our distribution center, please allow up to 5 days to receive it as it is with the carrier. *Please note that during periods of high volume, including November and December, it may take longer to be shipped

 

 Why do I have my tracking number but my order shows no movement?

Please allow 48 hours once you receive your tracking number to see movement. It can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of update within the tracking link once it is with the carrier.

 

What if I have not received an order or shipping confirmation?

An order confirmation means that your order has been processed into our system and that we are working to get your order shipped out. You will be notified with a tracking number once the package is shipped.

 

Can You Ship to a P.O Box?

No we cannot. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
